• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities:
• Work on process problems of moderate scope, assisting with projects or processes while receiving general instructions from higher-level professionals.
• Design equipment and processes to ensure the most efficient and productive operations.
• Plan the sequence of operations and specify procedures for preparing materials and operating equipment.
• Determine process design by balancing process cost, yield, and material waste considerations.
• Conduct tests throughout all stages of processing to determine control over applicable variables and prevent/solve process problems.
• Support continuous improvement and automation activities.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodology to drive cost savings and improvements in waste and scrap.
